Russell Clarke, Director, has been a highly respected Chef for over 30 years. Winning ‘Best Casual Dining Restaurant in NSW’ in 2011 and numerous dining awards at a number of quality Restaurants, have been highlights of his career. The past seven years was spent establishing an industry leading farm fresh produce home delivery business that grew into a multi award-winning business that set benchmarks for others to follow. They say mimicry is the best form of flattery.
With his drive for excellence and to standout with the values of honesty, respect, loyalty and integrity, Russell intends to bring his professional expertise to local families. There are not too many directors of award-winning businesses out there delivery their own product and offering recipe advice, cooking tips and promoting healthy eating to kids at your front door.
